Green Generators for New Generations
 
One of our business objectives is to rank at the forefront of the world’s environmental friendly generator suppliers and distributors. Committed to building an energy portfolio with clean and green resource components, we seek to promote a cleaner air policy and undertake serious research and development of new products that produce less pollutant. Propane, or liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), is a clean-burning fossil fuel that can be used to power internal combustion engines. LPG-fueledengines can produce significantly lower amounts of some harmful emissions and the greenhouse gas carbon dioxide (CO2).
 
After years of successful R&D by our American team, we are launching state-of-the-arts generators, EFIgenset, that are equipped with Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI), and advanced remote control, monitoring and diagnostic capabilities. A well engineered speed governor integrated with Engine Control Unit (ECU) responds to sudden maximum load and off load instantly with less than one second to recover preset voltage and frequency. Moreover, the truly quiet enclosure that shields the full load noise to 60db from one meter which allows our jobless maintenance staff to snore next to it.  This is far better than 72db from 7 meters standard of any 3000rpm LPG or NG generators.   The telecom series of EFIgenset standby power plants are 4G/Wifi connected capable for remote access and diagnosis, low maintenance and low noise pollution, designedespecially for telecom base stations (repeater sites) where they are dispersedlylocated all over the country that makes maintenance difficult and expensive.
 
The new breed of EFIgenset generators are equipped with multi-core microprocessor ECU sought to impart a precise fuel and air mixture to the combustion chamber and ignites the fuel at the precise timing with stronger multiple sparks for complete combustion that releases minimal pollutants. The ECU, Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor, Coolant Temperature Sensor, Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) and O2 Sensor form a closed-loop system to deliver close to the best Air/Fuel Ratio (AFR), 14.7:1, to the engine combustion chamber.
 

 
A perfect mixed fuel cannot burn completely in the combustion chamber if the ignition timing is too retarded or advanced. The engine suffers excessive heat, vibration, power loss and shorter life span, let alone waste of energy. EFIgenset ECU integrates an ignition circuitry that gives commands to the ignition module to fire the sparkplug with accurate timing under all conditions to achieve maximum poweroutput. EFI makes the engine starts easier and run smoother, regardless of the imposition of any sudden electrical load on the generator. Thanks to the ECU built-inmulti-spark-discharge algorithms.
 
The ECU uses unique data set to run each type of fuel for maximum performance. EFIgenset ECU controlled generators can be easily adapted to run on Liquid Propane Gas (LPG in pressurised cylinders) at 1.5bar or Compress Natural Gas (CNG in pressurised cylinders, not piped NG at home) 2.0bar+/-0.1bar by replacing the evaporating device and ECU data set. CNG requires more advanced ignition timing than LPG’s. It can be modified to run on petrol with different fuel delivery components such as fuel pump, fuel rail and injectors.
